Dr. Jean will be in Winnipeg on March 3rd to tell us why it was so important for Canada to legislate Black History Month. The evening will start with the screening premier of “Steadfast – The Messenger and the Message” documentary film that is a heartwarming story of the life and times of Honorable Dr. Jean Augustine, capturing her humble beginnings in Grenada and her many achievements and laurels after she immigrated to Canada. We hope that our future young leaders will be inspired by Dr. Jean’s story.
